Does Columbus Greens screen all applicants and is there a fee?
Yes, we
do process all applications through a
consumer credit reporting service. The fee for all adult applicants
is currently $16 per applicant.
What is
the monthly cost for space rent? Is there any type of deposit
required prior to moving into
the community?
Monthly
lease amount is $375
plus utilities (water,
sewer, trash) and includes other amenities, such as a full
length basketball court, picnic grounds, and play area,
and the minimum security deposit is $375 on approved credit.
Are there
any pet restrictions?
We do allow
pets but need to be approved by management prior to occupancy.
Is there
an overflow parking area set aside for visitors?
Yes, we
do have several conveniently located guest parking areas.
Who is responsible for
setting up utilities, Columbus Greens
or me?
Water,
sewer and garbage is billed though the community and those charges
are sent along with your monthly lease billing statement. Electric,
natural gas, T.V. cable and phone service is the home owners
responsibility for contact, connection and payment of those utilities
to those individual companies.
Does Columbus Greens provide onsite maintenance for my home and/or
space?
Each homeowner
is responsible for the care and maintenance of their home and
home site.
